Volta Peptides is committed to customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet its documented specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through replacement or refund.
Eligibility
Refund or replacement requests may be submitted under the following conditions:
- The product does not meet the purity or identity specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Eligible Items
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Products that have been opened and used, unless a quality defect is demonstrated.
- Orders placed in error where the product meets all stated specifications.
- Custom synthesis or special-order items.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or replacement, contact our support team at voltapeptides@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., analytical results). Our team will respond within one business day.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacement shipments will be sent at no additional charge using the same shipping method as the original order.
